- Trust first. We’re a remote-first, async company. That only works if we extend trust by default.
- Outcomes over hours. Nobody tracks who’s online. We track what gets delivered.
- Document, don’t micromanage. A clear handbook replaces most supervision.
- Honest feedback, kindly delivered. Both directions — managers to reports, reports to managers.
