Activation
π‘ SIM Card Types:
β¬10 β Usually blank SIM cards (require plan to be loaded during activation)
β¬15, β¬20, β¬30 β Preloaded SIM cards
Step 1 β Locate the Order in Airtable

Search for the order in Airtable.

On the first line, check for:
- Customer notes
- Internal notes
- Cancellations or refunds
β οΈ Do not proceed if cancelled/refunded.
Step 2 β Confirm SIM Type
- Confirm SIM Type is Physical SIM Card.
- Confirm itβs Vodafone ES (e.g., β¬10, β¬15, β¬20, β¬30).
Step 3 β Open Physical SIM Activation Section

Locate the Physical SIM Activation Section in Airtable.

Click into the SIM Card Number.

Fill in:
- Activation Date = Arrival Date
- Days =
28 - Customer Email
- Activation Status =
Activation Requested - Passport details in Remarks (Internal)
Step 4 β Submit in HOMSIM Portal
- Sign in to HOMSIM Portal.
- Click New Activation.
- Enter the phone number and select the correct plan.
- Enter:
- Activation Date
- Passport details
- Name, Surname, Nationality, DOB
- Gender (dropdown: Man/Woman)
- Save the activation.
Step 5 β Send Confirmation Email to the Customer
- In Airtable, go to the Confirmation Email field and update the status to
Sent.
Step 6 β Verify Email Was Sent
- Check the Sent Items folder in the email account.
- Confirm the activation email was successfully sent to the customer.
Step 7 β Update Activation Request in HOMSIM Portal
- Return to the Activation Portal.
- In the customerβs activation line:
- Processed =
Yes - Add note:
Confirmation email sent
- Processed =
