In-Store Verification Activation (No Passport Verification Required)

  1. Enter Activation Page:
  • Click on “Instore Verification” to proceed to the activation page.
  1. Enter SIM Details:
  • Enter the following details:
    • Validation Type: Select “PUK Code.”
    • PUK Code: Input the 8-digit PUK code provided.
    • Last 4 Digits of ICCID: Input the last four digits of the SIM card’s ICCID.
    • Click Continue to proceed.
  1. Enter Personal Details:

    • Fill out the required fields with accurate customer information:
      • Title: Select the appropriate title (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Ms.).
      • First Name, Middle Name and Last Name: Leave blank if there is no middle name.
      • Date of Birth: Input the customer’s date of birth.
      • Email ID: Provide a valid email address.
    • Click Next to proceed.
  2. Enter Address Details:

  • Input the customer’s address:
    • Enter the full address into the “Find Address” field.
    • Click on “Search.”
    • Select the correct full address from the results.
  1. Enter Proof of Identity:

    • Provide the proof of identity details:
      • Document Type: Select “Type A > International Passport.”
      • Tick the box for “I have verified the customer’s identity and proof of documents.”
    • Click Review to proceed.
  2. Submit Activation Request:

    • Review all entered details carefully to ensure accuracy.
    • Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions
    • Click Activate to submit the activation request.
  3. Wait for the system to confirm that the activation request has been successfully submitted.
