Step-by-Step Process for Activating 2degrees Network Product

Step 1: Locate the Customer’s Activation Request

  1. Go to the Activation Portal.
  2. Find the customer’s activation request that you need to complete.
  3. Check Additional Notes for any customer requests (example provided).

Step 2: Search for the Order in Airtable

  1. Locate the customer’s order in Airtable.
  2. Check the first line for:
    • Customer notes
    • Internal notes
    • Cancellations or refunds
  3. DO NOT process the request if it has been cancelled or refunded.

Step 3: Verify SIM Type and Access Aerobile Portal

  1. Proceed to the second line of the Airtable.
  2. Check the SIM Type:
    • Physical SIM or eSIM
  3. Confirm that it is an Aerobile Activation and an eSIM.
  4. Open the Aerobile Portal.

Step 4: Add Order to eSIM Activation

  1. In Airtable, scroll down to eSIM Activation and click ‘Add order’.
  2. A new line will appear.
  3. Click into the newly created line to view the order details.
  4. Verify the following details:
    • Line Item: Title of the purchased product.
    • Option: Variant or option purchased.
    • Activation Plan: The plan duration (e.g., 30 days).

Step 5: Fill in Activation Information

  1. Scroll down to ‘Activation Information’.
  2. For Aerobile eSIMs, complete the following fields:
    • Activate Date and Arrival Date (Both should be the same).
    • Days (e.g., 30 days).
    • Activation Status: Once the QR code is generated, it should be marked as ‘Active’.
    • Email Address.
  3. QR Code (Confirm whether received via email or the Aerobile Portal).
  4. Check APN details in the Aerobile Portal.
  5. SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code (Confirm source: QR code or another method).
  6. Note: Redemption URL and Redemption Code are not required for Aerobile Activations.

Step 6: Submit Activation Request in Aerobile Portal

  1. Sign into the Aerobile Portal.

  2. Click on ‘Aerobile eSIM Portal’ (if only orders are visible).

  3. Once the dashboard appears:

    • Click on Products.

    • Search for 2-Degree $60 Prepaid Plan.

    • Select the item from the dropdown menu.

    • Click ‘Buy Now’ in the top-right corner of the product page.\

Step 7: Complete the Activation Process

  1. Ensure all details are correctly entered.
  2. Confirm successful activation.
  3. Send the Confirmation Email to the customer (this should be the last step).
