Activation (Orange Fr eSIM Purchase)
Step 1 – Locate the Order in Airtable
- Go to Airtable → “BC eSIM Shipping” → “Unfulfilled”.
- Find the Orange France eSIM new order.
Step 2 – Log in to ICC Portal
- Go to ICC Portal
- Click Reseller E-SIM List.
Step 3 – Select the eSIM Plan
- Under Item Code, select the correct Orange France plan:
- Example:
2100801 – Orange Europe 100GB + Call – price: 2200.
- Example:
- Double check the plan matches the order in Airtable.
- IMPORTANT: This is the most error-prone step. Please double-check the plan before purchasing. There are three options: 12GB, 30GB, and 100GB.
If the wrong plan is selected, it cannot be refunded or changed—so verify carefully before you submit.
Step 4 – Enter Order Details
- Order ID → paste the customer’s Shopify order ID (e.g. INV18348GS).
- Customer email → use
hello@globalstarlink.com.au(always use this, not customer’s own email). - Leave customer name and tel blank.
Step 5 – Submit the Order
- Click Submit.
- If successful, you’ll see:
- ✅ “Add done” message with the order ID.
Step 6 – Send QR Code Email
- Go back to the order list.
- Find your submitted order (check order ID).
- Under Operation, click Send Mail.
- System will email the QR code to the customer (from hello@globalstarlink.com.au).
Step 7 – Collect ICCID
- Expand the order row (click the ▼ arrow).
- Copy the ICCID number for Airtable record.
- Update Airtable with ICCID under the customer’s order line.
✅ Done – You will receives Orange France eSIM QR code in the email within 2 mins.
Filling Airtable After Receiving Orange France eSIM
- Confirm all fields are filled:
✅ Activation Status→Active
✅ Customer Email
✅ ICCID
✅ QR Code uploaded
✅ SM-DP Address
✅ Activation Code
Send Confirmation Email
- Once everything is correct
- ✅ Confirmation Email→
