New Customer Activation (With Passport Verification)

Access the Portal:
- Open your browser and go to the Lycamobile Retailer Portal: https://retailer.lycamobile.com.au//Login/Index.

Log In:
- Enter the following credentials:
- User Name: Melslowboat
- Password: Use the password provided to you during onboarding.
- Click on the “Login” button.
- Enter the following credentials:

Navigate to Activation Section:
- After logging in, locate and select the “SIM Activation” tab or section on the portal dashboard.

Enter Activation Page:
- Click on “New Customer” to proceed to the activation page.

Enter SIM Details:
- Input the following information:
- PUK Code: Enter the 8-digit PUK code provided.
- Last 4 Digits of ICCID: Enter the last four digits of the SIM card ICCID.
- Click “Next” to proceed.
- Input the following information:

Enter Personal Details:
- Fill out the required fields with accurate customer information:
- Title: Select the appropriate title (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Ms.).
- First Name, Middle Name and Last Name: Leave blank if there is no middle name.
- Date of Birth: Input the customer’s date of birth.
- Email ID: Provide a valid email address.
- Fill out the required fields with accurate customer information:

Enter Proof of Identity:
- Fill out the proof of identity information:
- Proof of Identity Category: Select “Type A.”
- Proof of Identity Type: Choose “Foreign Passport.”
- Passport Number: Input the passport number.
- Issue Authority: Select the passport issuing country.
- Expiry Date: Enter the expiry date of the passport.
- Click “Next” to proceed.
- Fill out the proof of identity information:

Enter Address Details:

Input the customer’s address:
- Enter the full address into the “Find Address” field.
- Click on “Search.”
- Select the correct full address from the results.

“Select All” to agree to all terms and conditions.

Click “Next” to proceed.

Submit Activation Request:
- Review all entered details carefully to ensure accuracy.
- Click “Confirm” to submit the activation request.

Wait for the system to confirm that the activation request has been successfully submitted.
