Content strategy
We under-invest here. Target content types for 2026:
- Destination guides: “Best eSIM for Japan in 2026” — high-intent traffic
- Device compatibility: “Does iPhone X support eSIM?” — long-tail but deep funnel
- Comparison articles: “G-Starlink vs [competitor]” — converts bottom-of-funnel
- Troubleshooting: “eSIM not connecting” — captures problem-aware searchers who may then buy
Publishing cadence target: 2 articles per week minimum. One deep guide + one tactical/troubleshooting.
Keyword research
Starting point keywords (need refinement from real search volume data):
| Intent | Example keywords |
|---|---|
| Destination + eSIM | ”Japan eSIM”, “Europe eSIM”, “UK eSIM unlimited” |
| Comparison | ”best eSIM for travel”, “Airalo vs [us]”, “cheap travel SIM” |
| Device | ”iPhone 15 eSIM travel”, “Android eSIM how to” |
| Problem | ”eSIM not working”, “eSIM no service” |
| Brand | ”G-Starlink review”, “gstarlink” |
Content governance
- Every new article has a primary keyword + 3–5 supporting keywords
- Titles ≤ 60 chars, meta descriptions ≤ 155 chars
- Internal links to relevant product pages (at least 2 per article)
- Reviewed by [owner] before publish
- Updated / refreshed every 6 months, or sunset if no traffic after 12 months
Measurement
- Primary: organic traffic to gstarlink.com (GA4 organic channel)
- Secondary: ranking positions for target keywords (TBD tooling — Ahrefs / SEMrush / Google Search Console)
- Conversion: organic → purchase rate
Public docs site (SEO angle)
The docs.gstarlink.com site (public Handbook pages) is indexable and can support SEO for support-intent queries (“how to install eSIM”, “what devices support eSIM”). Internal pages are noindex — not visible to Google.
