🛑 Pre-Activation

Before starting any activation, always check the order in Shopify to assess for potential fraud or risk. This applies to all providers and must be done before following their specific activation process.

What to Look For:

  • High Risk Orders
    • These will automatically be cancelled.

    • Shopify and Airtable will clearly show “High Risk”.

    • Do not process or activate.

  • Medium Risk Orders
    • These are not automatically cancelled.

    • Shopify and Airtable will show “Medium Risk”.

    • Double-check all details carefully before proceeding.

  • Low Risk Orders
    • No risk tag is shown in Shopify or Airtable.
    • Still important to manually review:
      • Is the billing country the same as the destination/SIM region?
        • Example: US billing address buying a USA eSIM = suspicious

        • Example: European billing address buying a Europe eSIM = suspicious

      • Do billing name, email, or payment method seem mismatched or off?
      • Has the customer contacted us repeatedly or seemed overly urgent?


    ✅ If everything checks out:

    You can proceed with the activation using the provider-specific instructions below.
