What we do
G-Starlink sells eSIM and travel SIM products to global travelers (retail, via Shopify/Amazon/eBay) and to resellers worldwide (wholesale, via the eSIM Hub partner portal).
Values we’re codifying (draft)
These are working drafts — update as the team discusses and agrees.
- Customer first. A traveler with no internet on arrival is a crisis for them. We respond accordingly.
- Handbook first. If it’s worth knowing, it’s worth writing down.
- Transparent by default. Internal information is visible to everyone in the company unless there’s a specific reason it shouldn’t be.
- Own the problem. When something breaks, someone owns it until it’s fixed. No passing hot potatoes.
