Wholesale Activation Submission – Vodafone Spain Plan
Step 1: Locate Activation Requests in Airtable- Go to the Airtable for wholesale customer activations.
- Navigate to the correct customer and activation date (e.g. today: 11th April 2025).
- Filter or search for activations specifically for the Vodafone Spain plan.
- Open the HOMSIM portal.
- For each Vodafone Spain activation:
- Arrival Date: Enter the arrival date provided.
- Passport Details: Input the passport information as listed.
- Email: Use the following format:
→ [Customer’s name or identifier]@inboxharbour.com
(e.g.eurotrips2025@inboxharbour.com)
- Go to the proton.me email inbox.
- Look for an email from “Tour Tech Shop”.
- Identify the email by the customer’s name in the email section.
- Confirm the QR code has been received.
- In the same Airtable row, update the following fields:
- Phone Number
- SIM Number (ICCID)
- Status: Mark it as Activated or relevant status based on your naming convention.
Step 5: Send QR Code to Customer
✅ Current method (temporary until finalised):
- Save a screenshot of the QR code.
- Name the file using the ICCID (SIM number).
- Use Bookings to send the QR code email to the customer.
- Use their proper email address (not the @inboxharbour one).
🔜 Future method (once finalised):
- Upload the QR code screenshot into Airtable.
- Use Airtable automation to send the QR code directly to the customer.
