Check Activation Status

Once login into Lycamobile retail portal, go to Subsciber.

We can use mobile number or ICCD of the eSIM

Once we enter the mobile number or ICCID, it will shows eSIM number status

It will shows phone number, current plan, balance, last 4 Digit of ICCID and plan expiry. We also can expand the details by click the three dots on the right, and choose subsciber info
