📦 Amazon Refund Process

1. All Refunds Handled via Amazon FBA

  • If customer returns via Amazon → Amazon processes refund directly

2. Internal Tracking

  • If you receive an email notification from Amazon about a refund:
    • Log it in Airtable
    • Mark order as refunded
    • If there are multiple orders in one return, update each relevant row in Airtable
